Absolutely! Custom orders are what we love most. If you have an idea, concept, logo, color scheme, or specific design in mind, reach out to us and let's bring it to life.
HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOM PIECE?
Send us a message through our website here, or social media with as much information as possible, including the type of piece you're interested in, dimensions, colors, design ideas, and any reference images.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. A deposit is required to begin production on custom orders. Your production timeline begins on the date your deposit is received.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes! Local pickup is available in the following ZIP codes:
77406 and 77082
Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Production takes 2 weeks from the date your deposit is received. After production is complete, shipping time is added based on the shipping method selected during checkout.
For local pickup orders, you will be notified once your piece is ready for pickup.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Once production has started, changes may not be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Additional costs may apply depending on the requested change.
WILL MY PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?
Because our pieces are handmade and/or customized, slight variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and other details may occur. These differences are normal and make each piece unique.
DO YOU OFFER BULK OR BUSINESS ORDERS?
Yes! If you're interested in multiple pieces for a business, event, organization, or project, contact us for custom pricing and availability
IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
No. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in our production schedule and cover the initial time and materials needed to begin your order.
Once your deposit has been received, your order is considered confirmed and production will begin according to our standard production timeline.
